Coil slitting is the process of cutting wide steel coils into narrower, more manageable widths whilst maintaining the coil form. This allows manufacturers to purchase material in exactly the widths they require, reducing waste and handling time.
We specialise in mild steel including cold reduced, hot rolled (including pickled and oiled), galvanised, and Zintec. We process materials from 0.4mm to 3.5mm thickness. We do not currently process carbon steel.
Our minimum slit width is 10mm and maximum is 650mm. We can slit multiple widths from a single master coil if required.
